Fly tipping on farms

Farmers have to pay to get rid of fly tipped waste on their land. It doesn't seem right. They've already been victims of crime and then have the extra work to get rid of it and pay to dump the waste. Do people feel that's fair?

I agree, it's not fair at all, but I wouldn't expect this government to do anything to help farmers and farming communities.
