Interested to know if any women are finding this helpful

I have read that oestrogen levels need to be optimised first before adding testosterone, because otherwise the testosterone will be converted to oestrogen.
What would be the reasons for only replacing one of our 3 hormones? They all play important roles.

I'm more interested in strength and focus than the soft stuff and I don't need hrt yet so just wondered.

It usually isn’t advised, I only wanted the testosterone, but you need the other two first as if your other levels are out of whack your body just reassigns the testosterone and it doesn’t get to do the testosterone stuff first. (Major paraphrasing!)

Ah ok thanks. So annoying that men can just take it without all the other faff.

Agreed you need to try o & p first. What makes you think that they won’t help with strength and focus? A lot of people find they do 80/90% of improvement and T does the rest.

At least you can now get T in the UK (test at 3 month review if you request). And available on NHS
