I just spoke to a real PERSON when I rang TFL about my oyster card A lovely real human being! I almost get a lump in my throat when a person answers.

YANBU. DH just spoke to TWO lovely people at the water company about (shit pipes) drains, we were bowled over by the customer service.

I’m a teacher, people always seem to be able to get hold of me we must be the one of the last available professions where you can have a face to face meeting at your behest.
