This may be jumbled my spellings not the best but so I stay in a block of flats in the past week the drivers have left .
my dry cat food down stairs
a box of frozen rats and mice for my snakes
and this morning a box of frozen fish food all stolen
it has to be a neighbour as there left in the stair I just hope they enjoyed there cat food frozen rodents and fish food I always get a refund or replace but its getting stupid now and what a waste as more than likely they bin them once they realise what's in the box what can I do I have put in the comments to call when there here but only a few drivers have company's are always good and replace or refund but I have bad legs so even getting down stairs is a pain but most of the time there gone by the time I get there and that's at the most 30 mins once it says delivered there are a few druggies in the stair do you think if I called my housing officer they could send out letters or even put up camaras I no other neighbours have had stuff taken as well as I speak to most of them feel like sitting in the stair and catching the thief

sorry for the jumbled rant

That's very annoying.

Can you keep an eye on the tracking and wait downstairs when you know a delivery is imminent? Or put a notice on the door saying "ring [this number] for deliveries to Flat 4b"?

Could you be waiting for the delivery?? Or get a lockable storage box for deliveries?

Are there any trustworthy neighbours on the ground floor who you could come to an arrangement with, maybe offer them some cash to accept your parcels at their address and carry them up for you? I'd do that for a neighbour with mobility issues, I wouldn't accept cash for it either - maybe in return I'd ask them to feed my cat when I'm away or something like that!
