1).Lovely, small Primary school with lots of green/outside space to play

2). Safe cul de sac where children play out on bikes and nip to each others homes

3). Beach nearby

4). Countryside & woods nearby

5). Preferably Cornwall area-Newquay, Perranporth

If you live in a place like this, is life amazing?!

I have all of this except the beach in Yorkshire. We would love to move closer to a beach.

I’m from similar, the issue as always is finding secure jobs and affordable housing which can move quite quickly, but it can be done!
