I know I know… a tale as old as time but I am beyond completely exhausted and not sure if I’m missing something.

I have just turned 35 a few days ago, this is my 4th pregnancy (10,5 & 2) and I am constantly exhausted but like I need to sit down and can’t function properly kind of exhausted. I am getting naps in when I can and DH is doing pretty much all the cooking and school runs but it’s a completely debilitating level of exhaustion.
i slept for 8 hours last night then went back for a nap from 10am-12:30 and im still exhausted.

I do take an iron supplement daily and last time my levels were checked they were great. Am I missing something because surely this isn’t normal

please tell me im not the only one!

thanks all!

happy Easter 🐣

35 yr old here too. 3rd Pregnancy , lost twins at birth but I've a 1 year old dd. I was exhausted from 18 weeks, 37 weeks now. There's a lot happening in your body now and you have a 2 year old. No wonder you are shattered. How is your b12 and vit D? Mine were very low so I was put on supplements

Sorry to hear about your loss 💖 that’s heartbreaking.

how are you feeling at 37 weeks? Your pretty much there now 😁💖

i hadn’t actually thought about b12 or vit D. None of the midwives have mentioned it but maybe I need to push for some blood tests? Could very well be that

Aw thank you. We are blessed with our dd and this baby to come. Yes, only a week to go, csection monday week. I'm floored with tiredness but taking it easy. Yeah my vit d and b12 have been chronically low since my last baby. Look up the symptoms, fatigue, exhaustion and brain fog. The supplements def helped me. They test my blood each month, I'm in Ireland so dont know if the uk system is different.
