Happy on my own at Easter??

I had family staying over, and now that they’ve gone, I’m finally getting a chance to rest — home alone with the whole house to myself.

And plenty of chocolate and Netflix.

I am too and it’s soooo good. People keep saying “aren’t you lonely?” “Do you want to pop over?”

no thanks, I’m very much enjoying the peace and quiet!

Sorry, I meant to ask — are you happy being on your own during the holidays, when it feels like everyone else is getting together or going away?

Am I the only one who’s happy being home alone?

We never have family over at Easter. Easter isn’t really a thing in our household. Choc eggs on a Sunday morning and other than that a normal time.
