AIBU to worry after seeing huge gang of boys cycling dangerously in central London?

Just on my lunch break from work and saw a massive gang of young boys, some wearing balaclavas, cycling dangerously down Haymarket (central London). Maybe around 100 of them. Presumably this is off the back of what happened in Clapham the other day. Aside from them being a nuisance, I just worry about one of them getting hit by a bus, or injuring a pedestrian. some of them only looked about 14.
I despair.
if you’re in central today make sure you’re looking around when crossing the road!

If they get hit by a bus - I would feel more sorry for the bus driver and for the commuters they will delay!
