Why am I still getting these letters ?!

I filled in the declaration form in December when we moved to our new home. I literally watch YouTube for the kids, bing or Miss Rachel etc and not the live stuff. And on the evening we watch Netflix or Disney+.
I think it’s terrible they use scare tactics. Should they not be leaving me alone since I’ve filled in the declaration form?! I have major anxiety and do not need to be worrying some blokes going to turn up on my doorstep demanding I let him in.

I don’t really know what this means but the OP isn’t using iplayer.

You need to pay a licence fee if you watch iPlayer regardless of whether you watch the programmes live or not.
That didn't use to be the case.

Somebody had written a post immediately above mine where they said you only needed a licence to watch or record live TV channels, so I just posted to point out that you also need one to use iplayer.

Then a few minutes later that poster I replied to deleted their post. I don't have the edit facility.

Actually it was Rotten Apples, 2 posts above mine, they've edited their post, not deleted.

I’ve had one of these at work today. It’s a factory everyone’s busy welding, cutting stuff up etc etc - not a tv anywhere and no time to watch it if there was.
There’s a couple of desktop computers, but again we’re not paid to watch Homes Under the Hammer.
So I did with it what I’ve been doing with all the threatening letters I’ve received over the last 5+ years and binned it.
If you’ve got a case for not paying then don’t.

Ignore them.
In my last place, I declared I did not need one. I had a TV but for some reason, the aerial cable was cut so I could not watch live TV anyway (this was before you could watch live TV over the internet). My TV was only used for my games console and DVDs.
I still had the letters come.

DM has letters go to her office despite declaring for years that there no TV there. It seems they think if you can sit down in a room, you need a license for a TV.
