Ultrasound results

I had an ultrasound on a lump under a surgical scar which is years old. It’s not big and I actually didn’t go to the Dr’s for that.

The Dr felt it and referred me, during the US they said no cause for concern and something about surgical changes. I got a call from GP today to say they want a follow up in 3 weeks as it was clear but unexpected, what does this mean?

AIBU .. yes you’re freaking out about nothing if it was urgent they wouldn’t leave you 3 weeks.

No.. it’s normal to worry.

It means you need to call back your GP and ask, tell them you don't understand and you're now worrying.

I did that, and they just said ‘it showed clear but unexpected’ and the dr wants to see you routinely in 3 weeks
