Father has not seen the children for 2 years, non mol in place and didn’t not engage with non mol proceedings, show up at hearing or made any applications to see children, so I don’t think he will contest. I’ve put together a comprehensive relocation package and feeling confident about my case. Currently living in unsuitable house, and my youngest medical issue is getting worse because of the living conditions. Application filed in west London family court as urgent. Those of you who’s been involved in court proceedings, quickly after you made the application did you get any response from court/directions? Everyday I look for the email from my amazing solicitor:(
