Hi I know i keep posting but im starting to get very upset with my purchase
Offer accepted October 2025 granted its leasehold however leasehold management wasnt requested until 2 months into the process no issues with the lease fortunately.
Ive experienced lack of communication from the solicitor who i was originally assigned and my file has for some reason moved to another solicitor in a different office but sane same firm. This person is better at responding giving updates etc but at this point in time I feel like crying sounds dramatic i know but seller declined completion for this Friday 13th March saying they can do 24th March so im pushing to get contracts exchanged now and get the date confirmed but still delays on sellers side and my solicitor doesn't seem sure as to why but believes they are getting ready he did mention sellers solicitor is preparing apportionment statement but im getting so frustrated ive already paid my deposit and solicitor invoice and mortgage offer expires in a month
