To wonder wtf this is on son?

Son has had this growing for a few months now on torso. Was smaller at first and I thought a scratch then it got bigger and looked like three lumps joined together. I thought molluscum but we had a GP video call today and she wasn’t sure as they’re joined together. They’ve grown and I wonder what else they could be?! Not itchy nor bothering him. We have another appt tomorrow and I’ve sent pics. Anyone any ideas?!

The look a bit like skin tags to me. Are they on a bit that gets rubbed?

I'm not a doctor but it looks like a keloid scar to me. Did he have a cut or deep graze there recently?

No cut there no! I found a pic of how they looked at first and realise they do look like molloscum that have dried out?!

Then do look quite molloscum like.

They do look like molloscum. My son had it all down one leg. In the end, I squeezed them all out because they kept spreading and getting bigger. Had to be very careful to get everything out and to use gloves, sanitise his skin etc. but they never came back after that
