Should I let them know about what I've heard?

I've not had an issue with nursery but I've started to read and hear stuff.

For example alot of long term staff have moved to sister nurseries. This was written on Facebook local group and stated that there is issues at the nursery.

A mum has said she's heard and seen a lot - and I said why do you still have your child at nursery.

I also was speaking to someone at the supermarket and they voluntary bought up that they worked at the nursery and it was bad and one member of staff was physically/verbally agreesive to her on the street (not nursery related).

Should I mention it?

Definitely. Issues from multiple people like that arent usually coming from nowhere.

To who?

The nursery? they know. Its not your responsibility to inform them of rumours. Its only yoyr responsibility to decide if yoy want to become a customer.

Other parents pr prospective clients? depends on your relationship.

Will they act upon it, or it is normally just a sort of warning before pulling out child

It’s unclear what you’ve heard and what you want to tell them about. That staff have said it’s not a nice place to work? That some staff don’t get on and have gotten into fights with each other outside of work? What outcome do you want from telling them? If you don’t think it’s a good nursery then it’s better just to give notice and find a new one,
