I placed an order with M&S earlier in the week for an item of clothing. I arranged delivery to my nearest store and checked out as a guest. The money has left my account but at the time of purchase I never got a confirmation email/text or any order number details. It sort of went from the payment back to the M&S homepage.
The item was due in store yesterday but I haven’t had any communication whatsoever. If it wasn’t for the money leaving my account I would probably think the order hadn’t gone through.
No chance or incorrect details being put in as it’s all pre populated.
If I go in will they be able to track the order with no details like an order number?
