To ask help to find these sweets?

Posting for traffic as I’ve been searching for over a decade.

In 2012 I went to Harrods and got this little circle tin of pearl like sweets that were violet flavoured. Does anyone have any idea what I’m talking about?! TIA

It’s not either of those unfortunately. They were perfectly circular and violet covered with a sheen like pearls. And they were really small. Like the size of silver balls you get to decorate cakes

Did the tins have old fashioned pictures of women on them?

Yes they did!

Lady Violet Cachous? Google them, there are tins being sold on eBay and the like but not sure the sweets themselves are still available.

unfortunately it doesn’t look like they are still sold but I can at least mourn the loss of them rather than wondering where on earth I can find them again 😂

Yeah, I had these. I don’t think they were something that was in production for long. They were just a sort of novelty item afaik.

They must’ve been a sort of novelty reproduction of these.
Someone gave me a tin as a gift. I think I threw the sweets away though. I wasn’t a fan of the violet flavour. I hate Parma violets as well.
