Yes, I have mild IBS and was advised to do do by NHS dieticians. They are expensive though, going to ask GP if I can get them on prescription.

I do just to maintain my health

I take biokult but not all the time, but have come to the conclusion that my mental health - anxiety, stress etc has a bigger effect on my digestion than anything really.

Yes, I take Optibac. I had terrible gastro issues after a strong course of antibiotics destroyed my gut bacteria. I had all kinds of tests and lost almost 2 stone in 2 months. The only thing that helped was two types of probiotics. I religiously take Every Day probiotics daily now.
