AIBU to cry at this?

Does anyone cry at the most ridiculous things?

Everytime I visit a local inflatable arena near our home with my 3 year old and 7 year old, after booking in etc at reception we are then asked to stand and face the camera in the corner of the room and raise our hands to confirm we agree to the signed waver and that we have watched the safety video etc.

This is when it's weird, I struggle at this every time and stand holding back tears with a lump in my throught telling my kids to rise their little arms and stare into the camera. I don't know why I find this so emotional, maybe it's how little and innocent they look holding their arms up agreeing to something? I have no idea but this has happend so many times we've visited since my oldest was small and I have literally no explanation of it!

It makes me chuckle thinking back🤣 Does anyone also get like this over the most random ridiculous thing? Tell me i'm not crazy 🤣

Is it because they look like they’re scout to be shot? I think that would get anybody.

It’s probably the innocent, unquestioning obedience that gets to you.
