Smell of burning plastic

Iv had what I twice to be sinusitis and a 3 day migraines and now today I have this horrible smell of like burning plastic or something I hate it and just want to be normal and now I’m shit scared I’m having a stroke or a seizure
has anyone else had this? Also had Covid in December

Have you seen a GP?

Not yet it only happened since last night and iv been recovering I will do though
