Need a handhold re migraines

I’m suffering the most debilitating migraine iv ever had - approaching the 3rd night anyone know what are the signs it’s ending?
I have spray for my sinusitis and am taking antibiotics along with codeine iv
buprofen and paracetamol they gave me a triptan which I’m too scared to take (gave tachycardia at the moment)
need has this before and so badly want it to end everyfiem iv thought it’s getting better it’s got worse

Take 3x300mg aspirin with a glass of Coke or a coffee. Take 2 paracetamol and codeine. If it doesn’t start to go off in an hour take the triptan.

That’s the migraine pathway at my local hospital. I’d never taken aspirin before but it really does work! Get a GP appt if it hasn’t started to ease by tomorrow. Hope you’re feeling better soon.

I've only ever had 3 migraines and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. I also couldn't have gone on a computer and written or read any messages! They tended to last 3-4 days.

Foods / alcohol / bright lights are all massively triggering but you have to go through an elimination to work out which
