To ask for pillow recommendation?

I never seem to get it right. One pillow is too little, two can be too much.

I’ve always had cheap pillows which may be the reason. I’ve woken up today with neck pain.

Any recommendations on materials, brand, one or two etc?

I recommend these in the medium/firm:

Previously we had the same ones but in soft/medium, and we had two each. Never felt quite right, now we’ve swapped to one pillow each in the medium/firm and it’s perfect. That’s two adults and a teen, all happy with them. My stiff neck problem was gone in 2 days.

Wool pillows from the Wool Room. You can adjust the firmness by adding/removing filling. They’re not cheap but definitely worth it.

Box pillows sorted my neck pain. I prefer the ones with a deeper side panel (I think mine are Slumberdown).

Tempur. You only need one and they last for years!

Fabulous pillows.

Check out IKEA, they have so many options at varying prices too.
