Tesco diesel prices

There's three Tesco supermarkets near me with petrol stations attached. The distance between the three is approx 5 miles and yet the diesel prices vary by 7 pence a litre.
Station 1, £135.9/litre
Station 2, £138.9/litre
Station 3, £142.9/litre

Am I unreasonable to think they're taking the piss because the higher price is a more affluent post code?

Yes it's a pump-price postcode lottery issue - but as of literally this month we now have the UK-wide fuel finder scheme, so people can check this without leaving their house and plan accordingly. Will be interesting to see the impact on how different petrol stations and supermarkets compete: https://www.fuel-finder.uk

I just checked my local Sainsburys for petrol prices as they are usually the most expensive in the area - up to about 133.3 in recent weeks, but today they are 125.9p!

Supermarkets do this too though. The out of town sainsburys in the naice area is more expensive than the one in the town centre. Also Asda.

I’ve got the Petrol Prices app.
prices at the 10 garages closest to me range from 129.9 (Sainsbury’s) to 142.9 (BP - the closest to me).
That’s a 13p difference. It shouldn’t be allowed. It’s not like there’s a difference in quality.
