i placed a order with Zara and chose my local post office (city centre ) to collect from.
It said on Saturday it was ready for collection and the proof of delivery was the gps of post office and the picture of counter B (where parcels get left )
Went in yesterday and she said it wasn’t there and that it wasn’t scanned in system.
Checked tracking again yesterday and it was back at mail centre (2 days after it was at the post office to collect )
Do you think somehow the staff have messed up and instead of scanning it in have sent it back with the other Royal Mail parcels ?
The post office has all new staff in
I rang Royal Mail who said it looks like it’s been sent back from post office in error too.
