Unidentified Frozen Objects.

Its always a surprise isnt it, whats in that pot

I had a lovely little chicken and mushroom stew earlier for lunch. Didnt think I had any of it left

I have bought myself a label maker and plan to be more organised but wheres the fun in that?

Or taking out chilli and boiling rice and then noticing you UFO is spag Bol🤣

Well in a way thats sort of what happened earlier to some degree. I thought it was aubergine parmigiana and it wasnt. It was nice but not what I was expecting

I have 5 freezer bags of something where I labelled them and tied them up and now can't read the writing because that part is frozen and folded in. Apart from one where the word 'beef' is still visible.
I might defrost one a day and see what I can do with it.
Except I think that one might be a base for a really good gravy so might be wasted on a non effort meal

I done that years ago,but thought the chilli was bolognaise and boiled pasta 😔

Haha yes, I call it freezer surprise. I’ve got one out for my lunch tomorrow and I’ve got no idea what it is!

What does it look like at the moment, red, green, brown. What sort of chunks are in it?

Yeah, got out what I thought was red cabbage to have with sausage and mash. Turned out to be blackberry and apple crumble filling!!!
