AIBU? Awkward Noisy next door neighbours

Bit of an awkward situation. I’m looking to know what would others do in this situation?

My son came to me last week to tell me that he thinks the neighbours ‘are doing sex together’ (he’s 11 and still innocent about these things). His room wall would be next to their bedroom as we’re in a semi-detached. I’ve known my neighbour for a few years and I think she’s got a new boyfriend (hence the noise lol). I felt we were close enough so I had a bit of an awkward chat to her. I didn’t say anything outrageous, just that my son mentioned hearing noises and we joked a bit and she apologised and said they’ll be quieter. But since then it’s been happening again and again and I have heard too. They’re an older couple so no kids of their own that’s why I assume they aren’t too worried about noise. I’m not the most confident person when it comes to addressing situations but it’s not something my son should be hearing every night. What’s my best approach? She’s always been nice to me, but never proper friends. And In the past she has had beef with her other neighbour that I didn’t get involved in

Get sound proofing for your son’s walls, there’s nothing else you can do. It’s their house and you can’t control how much they… enjoy themselves….

Rearrange the bedrooms?
