I’ve just spent the entire afternoon trying to get home and have been thwarted by any attempt to get from LONDON Victoria, London Bridge or Waterloo because according to network rail, Trainline and the network operator staff that trains aren’t running. However I finally got home 6 hours later after re routing and having to pay more money to change my ticket and I see from my home station that trains have been running all day.
The sole member of staff on the barriers told me to take to social media as the voice of the staff and the inconvenience of the customers reportedly means nothing to the owners but it seems they do hate being embarrassed on social media. So here goes - mumsnet can you help me kick up a fuss?
