I brought a 2 grand mattress from dreams. The best of the best. I feel like it’s slanting me towards the middle of the bed???? Shall I take it back or could it be the way I lay? I didn’t want to spend 2 grand on a mattress for it to dip? Thankyou

How long have you had it and do you rotate it every few months

Is there another person on the other side of the bed? My DH has put on someone weight recently and I can definitely feel gravity pull me to the middle if he's in bed too.

My mattress is 14 months old. There's just me sleeping on it for up to 8 hours a night and I weigh 11 stone. It's been rotated monthly since I got it.

It's got a massive dips where my body has been laying. It no longer supports me properly and I keep waking up with pain in my hips and shoulders.

I've complained and they sent someone out to check but said there is nothing they can do as it's "natural settlement".

I've put old pillows underneath the mattress where the dips are which has helped a bit but it's still uncomfortable. I'm furious though as I expected it lasting longer than 14 months!
