I'm a little upset with a relatively minor issue at work however...
I'm late for my lunch because another colleague likes to have a flirt basically with another member of staff. When we are on duty we cover for him by 5 minutes whilst he is having his chat.
However the boss, favourites this man because he is friends with her son and some other clear nepotism connections with him.
She sent an email on Friday which glorifed him, and said about his lunch break is only short. If we have issue with anything to notify her. The irony was on an inset day she told us to keep an eye on him and to support behaviour of children with him, which I have done.
So I did, I sent an email back explaining how I feel it is unfair I miss some part of my short lunch break which is the same as his while he is having one of his chats.
I'm pretty sure she is going to go for me tomorrow, this is what she does. Its my turn!
