I’m going through the interview process of a role I’m fairly certain I can get (they played hard at first, but who knows if they were really being difficult or not!)
Basically half of my previous company have all moved to this company I’m interviewing at. I really loved my previous company so that’s a massive green flag!
However, I’m kind of happy where I’m but it’s quite unstable. The other the problem is that would be a side move.
What would you??
