Posting here for traffic and advice.
Was off from work 5 months last year; started a new job in Nov with more work life balance. I have always suffered from SAD too; but this year is so bad, my energy start dropping in the afternoon; my anxiety levels are also quite high.
I do help myself with vitamin D, excercise, sad lamp and now have to take one coffee around lunch time to keep me going for a few hours.
Is this the burnout, SAD, menopause of all together. I started feeling bad after mid November. My job is not stressful.
