I always felt a bit sorry for Blair, I truly believe he thought Iraq had WMD. But I don’t think he’s the right person for this at all and I’m surprised he’s happy to act under Trump’s instruction in this way.

I don’t feel sorry for him. He was a liar and should’ve been tried as a war criminal

He’s an absolute ghoul. the pure narcissism of someone setting themselves up as a middle east ‘expert consultant’ after the fiasco of Iraq, and continuing to not shut up since. Vile man.

Like the bad uncle who comes back into your life.

I did history and politics all the way back at university and one of the topics was about the Iraq war and the belief that Iraq had WMB. I had to research my essay using books, academic journals etc. and my conclusion was he absoltely knew. They were cherry picking the intelligence received to fit the agenda.
