Would you be annoyed at this re Vinted?

I’m a size 12. Bought a top off Vinted which was listed as size M (12-14). I’d have been okay if it was a bit big but it’s very, very oversized. Whilst the label does say M, which means I have no leg to stand on, AIBU that the seller should’ve said that it was oversized? It’s useless to me as I can’t wear it, it isn’t a jumper, just a top.

It’s annoying but nothing you can do about it. Resell it, try and get a bit more to compensate for the postage
