Lump behind ear- chicken pox?

My 4 year old had chicken pox right after Christmas around 28th December and from then I noticed a lump behind his ear. It is moveable and hasn’t gotten any bigger but also hasn’t disappeared. Just wondered if anyone had experienced similar ? I’m trying not to worry as it is moveable and around the size of pea but lumps worry me. I do think it’s a lymph node but just wondered if it’s normal for it to still be there 2 and a half weeks after the chicken pox came out. I’ve attached a picture.

Exactly the same happened just after my daughter had chicken pox it went away eventually. I panicked and phoned the doctor who told me it’s really common and in all her years of being a doctor she had never seen a bad outcome in this situation. No harm giving the doctor a call to put your mind at rest but it’s most likely a swollen lymph node.

There is a lymph node back there. If he otherwise seems well, I wouldn’t be at all concerned. It hopefully means he’s building up nice lifelong immunity, which is a good thing.

@jjjwgagy can I ask how long the lump stayed for ? My sons is still there two weeks after checking with GP. It’s not changed in size but also not gone away
