It’s a barking dog one again…

My neighbour has a dog that seems to bark for extended periods, often late in the evening (11 pm). I don’t think the dog is alone - just a dog prone to barking. It is becoming an issue as it wakes us up. Ear plugs do not solve the problem. We also have very small gardens (terrace houses very close together) but sometimes the dog is outside barking and crying for 30 minutes. Is that normal??

Have you spoken to your neighbour and e explained that the dog barking outside is disturbing your sleep?

It doesn't matter whether it's normal or not - it's disturbing you. Record it and go and speak to them.
