Could someone let me know this? I have contacted the company many times about an issue with trousers that need to go back and had absolutely no response, and the returns period has now expired while waiting for an answer that didn't come. So now I can't use the online returns portal. Just want to send it back myself. Their customer service is literally non-existent.😧Thanks.

Did you try and use the returns portal to generate a label? I think you then must take it to a post office? They have an address in White Lion St, N1 but I don't think that's where you send it back to.

Hope you get it sorted x

If you’re outside of the returns period, and you haven’t initiated the return, won’t they just reject them?

Dontbeatwat · 09/01/2026 18:11

If you just send them back, won't they refuse to credit you?

I hope they accept them as the delay is down to them. I am planning to put a note inside the parcel explaining that.

I wouldn’t send them back until they agree to honour the return and refund

Nor me. OP - It's rather risky sending something back with just a note, it'll just get chucked in a pile in a massive warehouse as it won't have a corresponding return on their system. You need to get hold of them first and explain and get them to generate you a returns label. Good luck, things like this are hugely frustrating.

Good luck, I've had a bad experience with Nobody's Child. I used their website to generate a returns label and dropped my return off. Didn't receive a refund so had to email them with the email address a pp mentioned. They said they'd never received it, even though I had a receipt with proof of postage. In the end I had to claim the money back from my bank. A lot of people on Trust Pilot have similar complaints.
Definitely get in touch with them first before sending your return.
