Ordered a trolley which was due to arrive today. Got a text from DPD saying it was coming yesterday but it didn't arrive. Logged on today and saw that it says "Your order has been cancelled and you have received the refund". I didn't get an email or anything, and I certainly haven't received a refund!
Called Ikea and they said it could be DPD - are DPD even allowed to cancel an order? I thought they were just a delivery service?
