39 and asking for HRT …

I’m 39 and over the last couple of years I’ve noticed CHANGES that feel more than just “stress” or AGEING — FATIGUE, SLEEP ISSUES, SKIN CHANGES (including crepey neck!) MOOD DIPS and generally not feeling like ME.

Not to mention LIBIDO issues …

I’ve had a very STRESSFUL life and I’m wondering whether PERIMENOPAUSE could be playing a part, and whether HRT is something worth exploring this EARLY.

AIBU to be thinking about this ALREADY? I’ve booked a GP APPOINTMENT but I have a feeling she will decline due to my age. I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who started HRT in their LATE 30s or wished they had looked into it SOONER?

Print off the symptoms of menopause and tick off all the ones you have, then take it with you. You could ask for a 6 month trial to see if it helps.
When did your mum start her perimenopause, that could be relevant. But ultimately you might need to go private to start off.

What’s with the weird random capitalisation of odd words?

Keywords. It's as though they had been input into a programme for generating content. Like really bad and pointless AI. Not allowed to troll hunt though so I'm not going to suggest anything if the sort.
