But how do you clean your sofa?

We have a dark cream ish sofa that i’m finding i’m having to take all the covers off the whole thing and wash on a regular basis and it’s a pain in the arse.
Arm rests parts get a bit dirty/grubby and seat covers have water stains etc
Have a dog and young Dc, chuck lots of throws over, but still no good

Leather sofas are timeless tbh . Not
sure why you think they’re dated . And also very easy to clean !

I got sick of looking at mine, huge and dark, looked gloomy in the room-so comfy though!

We bought light grey sofas that have covers over the arms in matching fabric. This was where they got dirty.... newspaper print.. I wash them once a year, they go in the washing machine, and bought a small carpet/upholstery cleaning machine.. tried elasticated covers, drove me nuts,it's throws now. I have 2 border collies, some energetic small gks.
