My partner
keeps telling me to F off when we are arguing
today he packed his
stuff and went to his moms
it hurts so much but it’s probably for the best? Especially if he tells me to F off…. Feeling broken

Tell him to fuck off, and keep him fucked off.

It does sound like it's over if he has left after lots of arguments. How long were you together? Are the arguments new? I personally don't find being told to fuck off during an argument that offensive, it's just another way to say leave me alone. It's hard to give advice with so little detail.

God, he sounds awful. You should be thrilled the trash has taken itself out. Chuck his stuff into bin liners, change the locks, and treat yourself to a nice gin and tonic to celebrate 🎉

Why would you want to be with someone who tells you to fuck off? Sounds like it's a good thing that he's left - don't take him back!

Is this not the 6 year relationship that ended in August then?
