Long distance relationships - what do you think?

We are both 39. We live 2 hours drive apart. We’ve been seeing each other for about 14 months.
Arranging times to meet that works hasn’t always been easy. I did think at first it works quite well because I’m so busy etc. but I’m realising that it would be nice to be able to pop to see each other just for a couple of hours. If I do there, I’ll stay for a night. But if they come here, it’ll be for about 3-5 nights which just feels too much for me. It can feel too intense and I just want my own space which I’m not sure seems unreasonable.

Didn’t work for me either time.

you need an end point and to be on the same page about how to achieve it.

Worked for me across an ocean. If you want it to work it will bit as the last poster said you need an end game.

If neither of you would consider moving it won’t work.
