Asda website is playing silly buggers again and those short dates again and again!!

Rant in progress...
For the last few weeks, my Asda orders arrives but doesn't register after delivery, half an hour to catch up would be fine but my delivery came in at 5.15pm on a 5 - 6 slot and it's showing as going to be delivered at 10.18pm tonight, considering latest time is 10pm. What's all that about ?
It's also irritating because I need a refund on 2 loaves of bread dated for tomorrow. This has been a thing for the last month, I don't pay for bread now because the last 8 loaves have been next date date and have been refunded.
Anyone else having [1st world problems] with their online deliveries?

Yep - Asda delivery was missing four items this week, one of which was £7 salmon. All fridges stuff so I guess there was a missing tray, driver searched the van and couldn't find it. I requested a refund but it was automatically declined due to the cost! For items they didn't deliver. Unbelievable. And the email states very clearly you can't reply and call centre staff can't help you. Will try and call and see if I get someone with common sense on Monday.

That's awful especially as it's not your fault. Hope it can be sorted out though, if a whole tray was missing surely that would flag up somewhere along the system?
Let me know how you get on if you can.
