To use DIY teeth whitening

I can't justify spending loads of money on myself but I did purchase some gleam teeth whitening strips. They have made a small difference and have made me want to get my teeth slightly more white. Has anyone tried any DIY kits that you would recommend that aren't super expensive? I'm actually black coffee, red wine kinda gal.

All advice welcome!

You’ll get a dentist come along soon telling you not to do it.

I use Crest whitening strips, have done for years with no ill effects. I had Zoom laser whitening at great expense at the dentist years ago - the strips work just as well. I do them 1-2 times a year and they keep the stains at bay and give me a nice, natural white.

When you say you do them once a year, do you mean a course of them?

Yes, there are a few different types (strengths). I get them from a relative who travels between the US & UK frequently, but they are available on some UK websites.

I do the 7-day or 10-day course, but there is a 1-hour express one you can use once to ‘top up’.

I think a ‘course’ is about £60.
