Im 50 today and in full flow.
I really feel that I don’t need it anymore.

Is a Mirena an option for you?

Twoshoesnewshoes · 21/12/2025 14:01

The pill? You can take 3 packs together so have less periods a year.

MatildaTheCat · 21/12/2025 14:20

No further suggestions but happy birthday and congratulations! Your 50s can be very fabulous.

LividArse · 21/12/2025 14:41

Mini pill.

I take Cerazette and hope to never have another period.

It's also my birthday, although I'm a couple years behind you.
Can't help with the periods, but Happy Birthday!

I was 50 this week too. Thought my periods were slowing down then it started only 2 weeks after my last one. I am sure it makes me anaemic too so felt awful this week.
