Help with AI - hacks / top tips

Appreciate so many are finishing for a break etc and probably don’t want to think about work !
…
However I am focusing on working smarter and not harder next year as my work load is horrific and no new team members available until the summer 😩

Would anyone be willing to share any labour saving tips using AI or indeed anything else ( obviously no over sharing anything confidential etc )
Im in a senior sales role but do a lot of admin etc also ….

All suggestions welcome no matter how big or small !

The first thing that comes to mind is to get it to do a first draft of documents, emails, etc having given it some specific and detailed guidance.

What is it, in general terms, that you find you spend most time, or too much time, doing?

Biggest thing is number crunching …
I guess I could set up a template and teach it each scenario as I come across things and then it’s on repeat ..

I use AI for creating amazing spreadsheets. It takes a few iterations but what is maybe 8 hrs now used to be a full 40hr week!
