Meal ideas without fridge!

I’m a little put out with my broken fridge freezer which is probably going to take a week or so to get fixed. Just glad I hadn’t started on the Christmas food shop… struggling a bit to come up with dinner ideas, it’s been a mix of ready meals / pasta dishes so far. Looking for some inspiration for healthy (ish) things to cook that don’t involve food items that need to be kept cold.
AIBU - crack on with takeaways / UPF 🥲

I think I'd just shop daily, lean into ready means and keep things outside. It's going to get fixed bf Christmas right?!

Lentil soup - can be made loads of different ways but maybe red lentils, onion, garlic, tomato puree, bit of stock and some spices, yum!

Yeah PP gave loads of good ones.

The dry chorizo you get in a sausage shape. That's great cooked with butter beans or chickpeas, along with garlic, onions, peppers and tinned toms.
Or you could do a paella using those things.

Carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions etc could be kept in a sealed box near the back door or just outside it.

Napolina make a really good tinned bean salad.

Tinned tuna or salmon and sweetcorn are obviously a good one. With a jacket potato or in a sandwich.

Anything egg based as eggs don't need a fridge.

Veg doesn’t need to be in the fridge so anything you’d usually eat with meat just do a vege version instead.
Cheese doesn’t need to be in the fridge, it just lasts longer if it is, but if you buy smaller packs you’ll be able to use it before it goes bad.
Eggs
Rice, pasta, beans, lentils, quinoa, cous cous, gnocchi
