Do not even buy anything from Daals!
I purchased the Daals Oslo Outdoor Dining Set and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The paint began peeling almost immediately, proving the goods are not fit for purpose despite being advertised as “durable outdoor furniture.” Customer service was horrific: I wasted days off work waiting for failed deliveries, staff incompetently offered refunds only for managers to retract them, and even registered, signed‑for letters to directors were completely ignored.
I also bought the cover, it fits the furniture well and looks really smart, so at first glance it seems like a great buy. Unfortunately, the pull‑tie cord at the bottom is badly designed — it’s impossible to tighten it enough to create a snug perimeter. This means the wind easily gets underneath and blows the cover off, defeating its purpose. A simple design fix could make this product far more reliable.
Both of these review i've put on their website but they've failed to appear, surprisingly!!!!
