Does my 6 year old have the super flu?

My 6 year old son has woken up at about 4am this morning crying with a tummy ache which he is periodically wailing about saying it hurts, and saying his throat is sore. He is snotty too.

he has an infected cut on his finger which he got antibiotic cream for this week but his finger is still red and sore.
im basically massively stressing about whether he has the super flu, or a tummy bug and cold combination, or if this is something to do with his infected finger.
I have really bad anxiety plus am exhausted from neither of my kids ever sleeping properly so apologies if I sound ridiculous, I always tend to feel panicked when one of them is unwell in case I miss something that’s serious

It doesn’t sound like flu to me but three separate issues, but keep an eye and consult a pharmacist about the finger if no
improvement in a day or so.

It sounds like he has something nasty. Bless him. Keep him topped up with calpol and lots of fluids.

He has been up and down all day, one minute crying and lethargic, then bouncing around quite chatty, then back to being sad and lethargic. He has drank well and has had small bits to eat of plain foods. Has had Calpol. What is worrying me is he has a slight blue tinge to his hands - he used to get this around his mouth as a baby occasionally but I’m freaking out about whether I should be taking him to a&e or whether it’s just poor circulation due to being unwell. Does anyone have any experience of this please? I have quite bad anxiety particularly around the kids! Thanks x

Have you looked in his throat? My DD had tummy ache when she had a nasty bout of tonsillitis & needed ABs

Ps ring 111 but I imagine if you mention blue hands they may advise A&E
