AIBU asking for help here? KDP ebook publishing??

My DH has written a novel, created a KDP paperback/hardback, all good. Now we are trying to convert to a Kindle ebook and we are pulling our hair out, the formatting seems to have gone all over the place & we are at a loss!! Please, does anyone here have any experience of doing this who could give us some advice?

What exactly's wrong? I've published several books on Kindle, and I've never had an issue, but I'll try to help if I can.

Hi Terrier, thank you! When we export into Kindle Create from Word, all the formatting seems to go to pot - justified lines all over the place, indents lost, it looks awful 💆

@Skippydoodle Have you got it sorted yet? I've used a programme to format mine, but you need a Mac for it. Feel free to PM me.
