Taking pictures with prisoners who are starving themselves for attention. How does this benefit her constituents? How does this help the country?! I despair, I truly do. She’s no better than Farage and all his nonsense in America and on GB News. Neither one is committed to anything other than lining their own pockets.

FWIW I am, largely, supportive of the Palestinian cause. But I think this is not helping anyone.

Of course it isn’t helping anyone. But these people are such privilege narcissists.

Every time I see those hunger strikers I think of the poor female police officer whose back was broken with a sledgehammer by one of their group.

Everything I have seen about her makes me think she’s a self-centred brat who has got where she is by attention seeking and whose appeal is to the self-indulgent, pampered, Palestinian flag waving wing of the left.

She’s unfit to lead a local branch of anything, let alone a political party.

She will either grow up and reinvent herself or she will vanish into obscurity.

It really baffles me how people with this level of disconnect can attain any position of power.

Her and Corbyn are both raging narcissists. It makes me furious that Farage the professional grifter is flying high and a cause that can gather serious support and momentum fails at the first hurdle because the leadership made public fools of themselves for being such arseholes they couldn’t even organise a name for it.

Seems like that’s the whole identity of the left at the moment. Polanski was doing well until he admitted we bring immigrants into this country to “wipe bums” and basically dehumanised a whole bunch of workers.

We have already learnt that a left wing party won’t win anything. They just like sound of their own voices and of course aren’t suitable to lead a party. Labour needs better selection procedures too!

But we do? Immigrants to this country do an overwhelming amount of social and health care work, including nursing of the disabled and elderly which includes a lot of necessary personal care.

It's not a job many people want to do, but they do it in great numbers, and it's very valuable to us all (well, to those of us who give a shit about the disabled and elderly). Maybe it's the autism but I'm not sure why we have to pretend otherwise?

Or was it the way he phrased it rather than the truth of it? People think wiping bums is dehumanising, so they think he dehumanised people by putting it so bluntly? Isn't that more the peoples problem? It's an undesirable role, but surely not dehumanising?

As I said in literally my second post, I’m generally pro-Palestine. But social media bollocks does nothing to help people. If her and Corbyn had any sense about them they’d be working with the greens and dare I say the Liberal Democrats in order to present a credible left wing option to prevent reform being elected.

They won’t though, because they’re more bothered about purity on issues like this and would rather divide the left and allow reform in.

It's pretty much irrelevant what her party does. It's not like it has any influence on any of the decisions that are being made. We need more parties like this on the left to fracture the vote.

Quite the opposite. We need all these splintered parties to come together and work together.

That never going to happen. The left wings parties all have to different ideas on how to spend other peoples money,.

I think youre on a hiding to nothing if you think all Left wing parties have a hope in hell of coming together. Most of them would start an argument in an empty room As we saw at the Your Party conference! The reason there are so many splintered parties on the Left is because they cant agree on anything, so split, then the splinter group divides into 'true socialists' and ' zionist fascist far right agents of Israel' ( again, see Your Party) and they split again.

Those prisoners are the men and women on remand for amongst other things breaking a police woman's spine by hitting her with a SLEDGEHAMMER whilst she was lay on the floor!
These violent terrorists are where they belong in jail on remand, the fact that they are so entitled to thing that the laws of this country shouldn't apply to them or that self harming (hunger strike) should get them out of jail is a joke and so is sultana for giving them airspace.

Yes they are demanding a 'right to a far trial' So both Sultana and Corbyn who also supported them are saying that a trial in a British court- trial by jury, in front of a judge is not a fair trial. What is a fair trial then? Summary execution by Hamas?
