Workout video for beginner no music suggestions

Are there any good workout videos w/o music? Or music that is not “workout music” lol, I don’t really know how to explain but I just wanna do some cardio or abs and I feel like I’m in a club and it’s just not my thing. I would like to still have someone explaining the exercises as sometimes I can’t follow along without the voice ‘cause I’m a total noob.

Have a look at HASfit on you tube or there’s an app you can download. Loads of different programs varying in length and intensity. Very easy to do from home and lots of programs don’t require any equipment. I don’t recall any music and there’s options to follow the less intense version of the workout all the way through.
